    What is the time limit to wash my pet?

    Your time slot is for 30 minutes to wash and dry your pet.

    How does payment work?

    You can pay when you arrive! We accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, and Venmo.

    Can I wash multiple dogs?

    Yes! You can wash 2 small dogs under 20lbs within the 30 minute time frame.

    Do I need to bring anything to a self-service wash?

    No need to bring anything! You'll get access to our premium self-wash stations and we'll supply shampoo, conditioner, combs, brushes, towel, blow-dryers and apron.
